Great work on my Dodge Charger for the last 3 years! Jack Williams almost killed my engine because all the oil spilled out on the highway after a change. Firestone cleaned up their mess and gave me a huge discount. They also match Tireracks prices, including shipping of course. They also have a Military discount!
Good service overall. You can shop around for better prices, but if you aren't already "in tight" with a local outfit, I would say you can trust Firestone more than most to not totally screw you over. Still have to watch for the little things like not replacing the drain plug gasket, losing valve stem caps, etc.

Took me in on very short notice (needed brake work done the same day I called). The staff were all very accommodating, honest, and professional. I honestly cannot be happier with the service I got here.
