A year ago would only give 1 star, just because it's location is relatively close. At that time the employees couldn't be bothered with you type attitude. That has changed. Very pleasant to deal with.
Will never be a AT&T customer again. I switched to Verizon's unlimited plan and it took AT&T 10 days to unlock my phone. They wouldn't reimburse me for my time without a phone or the mystery I experienced trying to get them to unlock my phone. If you leave AT&T, pursue having your phone unlocked as soon your obligation with them ends. They will screw you over!!!!
