I called this company 4 times. Never got a call back. The no call back says wonders for this company. I DONT reccomend them.
The electrician sent was Lance, my wife Helenmarie and I were more than pleased with his work. He was so personable, knowledgeable, and he really made us feel comfortable right from the start. He even called the first day of the job to tell us his arrival time! It is so hard to find good contractors who will do residential jobs and deliver what they promise and on time, and are responsive. Hayden electric was very responsive from the first phone call, but Lance REALLY was EXCEPTIONAL, he did more than deliver. His work was perfection, and yet efficient. He took great pride in his work and gave us tips and hints... very evident he truly cares about the customer. We will be using Hayden again and requesting Lance. We couldn't be happier with his work.
Again we used Hayden Electric for some High Voltage Sub Station Switch and Disconnect repairs. This was a very "Critical" job that should have been scheduled weeks in advance for all of major safety issues involved and the fact that all of these repairs had to be completed within a specific two hour period.
I do business with well over 125 vendors. I can tell you Hayden is one that you want to keep with you on all your projects. Professional, responsive, well staffed and equipped, well trained, priced accordingly, etc. I cant say enough good things and cant think of any bad things. I wish the rest of my bench was like this...thank you.
Unfortunately, I did not have that kind of time to make this request and needed it completed in 3 days. Did not leave Hayden Electric much time to get all of the needed information, parts, personnel to complete the work and a continuously changing game plan right up to the very day the work was completed, including an Emergency 1000 kW Generated delivered on site that was thrown into the mix as a "Must Have", but the Hayden Crew from the professional Office Personnel to the knowledgeable and very creative Electricians that did the work made everything happen without issue and completed everything well ahead of the two hour maximum we could go without power from our 69kv Substation.
