Good customer service and comfortable rooms. Wish they served breakfast and cleaned the rooms more than once a week.
Top floor has great views. Perfect for long stays. Large parking area can accommodate oversized vehicles. The best off peak prices.
I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in a weekend. Pros: - Very convenient location. - Clean and quiet - Plenty of parking - large bathroom and plenty of hot water Cons: - Was supposed to get a queen sized bed and only got a full - No pool - 32" TV which was way too small for the room size. - No breakfast Would I stay here again? Maybe, if it was a short stay.
Booked a room for 4 people with two double beds on July 31st for one night, October 7th. Checked in to find that the room had one queen. Not even a sleeper sofa. All rooms fully booked for the night so they couldn't give us what we paid for. Nothing else available anywhere within a 45 minute drive so we ended up going to Kalahari Resorts and paying triple. Thanks for nothing.
Good hotel for business travelers. Like Extended Stay, but better. Basic room w/ kitchen. Very clean. Friendly service. The only reason I'm not giving it a better rating is because their multi-gym was "out of order" during my entire stay. I booked this hotel planning to be able to work out regularly during my stay, so that was a disappointment. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel.
