Haven't been to u Haul in quite a few years and I was pleasantly surprised. Rent a cargo van for my business needs and I was extremely pleased. From start to finish the process was extremely efficient the price was right and I will be definitely taking my business there as I was dealing with another national chain who recently changed their policies. Thank you U-Haul.
The general manager was not friendly towards me or the customer ahead of me on Thursday March 30, 2017 . Customer service rate 0. He was rude and very judgemental. Truck was dirty and sounded like it was going to fall apart. When returning the truck, our welcome was "Where's the keys ". The manager overall treated us like crap.. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
