I don't know if it's a regular thing or not, but the service I received was very poor. I ordered 4 piece chicken tenders with a sauce, spicy chicken sandwich meal and a Mango peach with no ice for TO GO. When I reached my place, I noticed they haven't provided any sauce with Chicken tenders and they put Ice in the Mango peach. Very bad and dissappointed with the service.
The new "Bacon Queso" burger they have is just terrible. For your 8 dollars, the medium combo gets you a single patty, two strips of bacon, and some cheesy paste smeared on top. It ends up tasting like the filling in a cheap jalapeno popper you'd find at 7/11. The restaurant itself was very clean and the service was top notch, no complaints.
I always get good food and service.
Personnel are polite and friendly.
I had a real bad experience with an employee. She was very nasty and uneducated with me, it seemed that the manager was afraid of her too.
