Very disappointing experience. Prices aren't worth the hassle.
I had been looking for a cooler for my horse for winter and a barn friend told me that HorseLoverZ had a nice Amigo cooler for only $10! After excitedly purchasing the cooler, I looked through their site and saw that they also had a Rambo Newmarket Exercise sheet and a Rambo Helix Stable Sheet for almost $70 off retail price! Who could pass up this deal!
I finally get one of my orders that was suppose to contain the stable sheet (took 10 days to ship out the blanket) and got an email saying they no longer had the blanket and I would receive a refund. I could maybe forgive one inventory error, but this is ridiculous. Yes, they have cheap prices, but it doesn't matter if you can't get your order!
Ordered fly masks online on 8/11 and paid for expedited shipping. I still haven't gotten any shipping notice 12 days later. Customer service was very unhelpful. What a waste of money even if they do have good deals. I paid extra for shipping to have it SOONER. This is the 3rd time I have had to wait more than a week for them to ship something out even though it's listed as in stock.
The cooler that I ordered (and it took 3 weeks to ship) is suppose to arrive today. Hopefully there are no problems with the order and that my refunds from the other products go through smoothly or I will be updating this review.
I had no problem with the 5 business day wait, but once the 7th day came, I emailed CS and asked where my order was. They said there was a warehouse error and shipment was delayed.
A few days later, I get an email saying that there was an inventory error and they no longer had the exercise blanket and if I would like a refund.
Very poor experience. I have rarely ordered from horseloverz due to their high prices and not particularly wide selection - plus they charge a lot for shipping. Finally, I was struggling to find a particular item in my budget if I signed up for their email list to receive 10% off. I did so and then proceeded to shop where the website was not giving me the 10% off. I had to call in to order my items. Not only did I have to pay shipping when many other options offer free shipping but it has now been 12 days since I placed the order and I have not even received an email saying the order has shipped. I just tried to call in to talk to a representative and after waiting for about 20 minutes with an automated message saying I was the next caller in line, it eventually went to voicemail saying there were no representatives to take my call!! Over $600 with the company in a single purchase and horribly disappointed - definitely won't be getting any more business from me and I wouldn't recommend to anyone else!!
Slow and pricey shipping. placed order 6 days ago was hoping to get it by now since the store is only just 2 hrs away from me but it looks like it has not even been shipped. I will think twice next time I order from them.
Went in for all my riding apparel and saved alot of money by coming here. Very friendly staff went above and beyond for fitting. Will be returning and I highly recommend Horseloverz to any equestrian
