Horrible service. The lady at the front desk was very rude. We got here 20 minutes early to the appointment and she said we were to early. We told her we knew we were early and knew we had to wait and that was fine. They made us hand in our cell phones even though they were off. They lady that helps with contacts has no patience when people are first learning and should not be in that position.
Money first with this office. I was sent by my regular ophthalmologist to have my cataracts removed.. It was an emergency Due to diabetic macular edema and glaucoma.. I made an appointment for the following week but was old I needed to pay close to $400.00 up front. I said I could make payments. The receptionist told me it was just like my utility's. If I didn't pay on time they would be shut off. I told her if my utilities got shut off I would have to take a cold shower for a couple days not loose my vision! .It's unfortunate I have to give him one star to post this!
Horrible. I had cataract surgery and my eye is worse then before. I have terrible headaches now and blurred vision.
Maybe it's a good idea to tell someone more than an hour before coming in they can't wear contacts for two weeks prior to the appointment. I don't think "Is there anything I should know/ do before I come in?" is a question I should have to ask. Maybe a good doctor (never going to find out), definitely bad communicators.
