Office clerk said "that's not my problem."
Second visit was doctor's first appointment of the day. She was late -- arrived about 15 minutes late with a DD coffee. I waited 2 months for my third appointment, day of the appointment I get a call that she is cancelling appointments and leaving the practice.
The Staff is Great and the workout equipment is kept up with. Everything is clean and its a very comfortable environment. However, if you are into pounding weights down or screaming while working out its not the place for you. Its more on the quiet side, more like a workout before work. The Ymca is around the corner if you want to get down like the bodybuilders!

Would not recommend. First appointment, I arrived half hour early as requested to fill out insurance paperwork. Then they didn't bill my insurance but instead billed me as self-pay. That visit I waited for Dr Lubinsky for almost an hour when a student came in to ask if if she could get me started so I would t have to wait.
Just blood drawn. Easy access and quick service
