The doctors are amazing but the front desk staff are rude and always get your paperwork mixed up which is scary. The two ladies in the front are so rude that even the kids have noticed. Last time I went the lady at the front desk told me to wait while she had a conversation with her coworker about her weekend! They are extremely unprofessional. Then the other one while talking to me answered her personal cell phone and motioned for me to give her a second. When finished with her text I had to repeat everything I had already told her. Worst experience at a doctors office!
Every time you call for appointments because your child is sick, they never have anything available! I dont know what kind of doctors are those
When you need medical record they never received nothing still waiting for 2 months and the kids new pediatric fax them about 4 times the paper
